  • “There is a place between wanting and not wanting. I rest in it when I meditate. I cannot go there with my mind, or my heart, or my body alone. I must go there with all of them together. I must have the courage to let go of everything. This letting go of everything is the purest expression of yes. I sit quietly, saying yes to life with every fiber of my being.”
