Wild Wellbeing

  • Step away from routine with a Wild Wellbeing escape in the Eastern Sierras. Connect with the elements - water, air, earth, fire, and ether - in customized sessions to inspire self-reflection, compassion, and renewed enthusiasm for what is. Outdoor seasonal options include Stand Up Paddle Yoga, Sound Bath Breathwork Mastery, or Mindful Nature Walking Meditation. Curated to fit the intention, timeframe, and interests of the group, Wild Wellbeing escapes are curated as single-experiences or combined with Transformational Workshops to create a full day program.
