Hi! My name is Elizabeth. My friends call me E. and you can too! I came to Mammoth Lakes in 2014 to enhance my quality of life, escape the mundane 9-5 routine, and discover a greater purpose to work and play. I found the Eastern Sierra to be a magnificent place to live, grow, and have fun! My yoga philosophy includes exploration of wild spaces, practicing gratitude for my community, and intentional action to create the life of my dreams! I practice yoga with a heartfelt stoke and continued curiosity for the newly discovered. 😊

My personal practice began at a free recreation class in the early 2000s. Over time a consistent and varied yoga practice has been the greatest opportunity to reflect on my thoughts, emotions, and breath to let go and remain present. After a decade in the Eastern Sierra and various life experiences, the practice has embodied the rhythm and stillness of wild life, colors and textures of seasonal changes, and the constant ebb and flow of a rural mountain town. In this life I am a coach, trainer, master swimmer and expert water safety instructor, insatiable learner and adult athlete, as well as an event specialist seeking to gather community and celebrate on theme! You’ll likely see me around town engaging in community preparedness, special events, or walking all of our dogs with my husband.

E. is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Wilderness First Responder (WFR), and 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

She currently works in Emergency Preparedness at Mammoth Hospital and leads workshops throughout Mono & Inyo Counties.
