Release burnout and exhaustion with 90 minutes of SUPYoga on pristine alpine lakes. Each session includes an intro to paddling and balance, and an all-levels yoga flow with customized variations. We provide and prepare all gear and safety equipment beforehand! You only need to show up, get out, do SUPyoga, and be free!
Each SUPyoga session maximum group count of 5, however larger groups are possible with advanced notice. Please contact us to schedule or inquire about seasonal sessions! .
