Step away from the conventional 9-5 with a Wild Escape for individuals, couples, and groups. Through mindful and balanced movement, intentional breathwork, and connection to natural spaces these customized sessions inspire self-reflection, compassion, and renewed enthusiasm for what is possible. Options include SUPyoga, Hatha Yoga, or Walking Meditation.
All gear provided and prepared for you. Each SUPyoga session maximum group count of 5, however larger groups are possible with advanced notice. Please contact us to schedule or inquire about seasonal sessions!
